Workshop Cancellation & Credit Policy

Because workshops have limited space and require advance preparation and materials, workshop registrations are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel your registration, cancellations received by last day of registration will be eligible for a credit toward a future workshop taught by myself or through The HeArt Box. This gives me time to reopen your space and offer it to another participant.

After registration closes, registrations are considered final and are not eligible for a refund or guaranteed workshop credit. In the case of an unexpected circumstance, please reach out — I will always do my best to work with you when I can.

If I need to cancel a workshop, participants will receive the choice of a full refund or credit towards another workshop.
