About Me

I am an artist, community builder and creative guide devoted to making meaningful connections through art, nature, and shared experience. My work spans across paintings, public art, installations, workshops, and curated gatherings — all rooted in the belief that creativity is a pathway to healing, empowerment, and belonging.

My artistic process is deeply connected to the earth. I create my own inks and pigments from plants, soil, and natural materials I grow, forage, or find. My paintings often include hand-stitched details and block-printed elements, becoming layered reflections of memory, place, and presence. Each piece is created with intention and care, often aligning with biophilic and feng shui principles to bring grounding, energy, and beauty into the spaces they inhabit — from homes to healing centers to public spaces.

I’m the founder of The HeArt Box, a community art space and gallery in downtown Flagstaff where art meets heart. Through exhibitions, workshops, seasonal events, and immersive installations, I hold space for others to create, connect, and be inspired. The HeArt Box is a reflection of my vision to build a vibrant creative ecosystem where artists, community, and nature intertwine.

I also serve as the Executive Director of the She Wolf Project, a collective initiative that supports creative, heart-centered leadership among women. Through the She Wolf Project, I work to amplify the power of community, ritual, and shared purpose — helping others step into their roles as leaders, creators, and collaborators.

Everything I do is guided by the same purpose: to create beauty that invites connection — to ourselves, to one another, and to the living world around us.
