Cosmetic Tattooing
Cosmetic tattooing also known as permanent makeup or micro-pigmentation, is a very specialized form of tattooing. Tattooing is the implanting of pigment through the epidermal layer of the skin into the upper dermal layer of the skin. This allows the natural enhancement of brows, eyeliner without the daily use of makeup, which can be costly and for some cause allergic reactions to ingredients in certain makeups. Permanent cosmetics differs from tattooing by using pigment as oppose to ink in tattooing. Pigment in cosmetic tattooing give us the natural colors that we prefer in everyday makeup and is specifically formulated for the face.
Jill Sans considers herself an artist and technician in this medium, as a way to enhance the natural beauty of that individual. She takes each client individually and considers what is best and fitting for each client and not a one brow fits all. There are many different ways to accomplish the desired outcome whether it be creating brows to enhance what is already there or completely creating new brows for non-existing. Brow and eyeliner tattooing can be an incredible way to change a face, to activate confidence in the client and save time in one’s daily routine.

Shaded Powder brows
2 1/2 hours - $450
Powder filled brows, when healed a soft edge gives a natural look. Brows can be softer shade in the bulb for an ombre look.
Brows & Eyeliner Combo
4 1/2 hours - $750
Combination package gives natural looking brow with top and bottom eyeliner.
Microblading
2 1/2 hours - $550
Thin lines give the appearance of natural hair strokes creating fuller brows. Requires 2 visits, included in price.
Lash Enhancement
Top & Bottom
2 hours - $375
Top only
1 1/2 hours - $300
Eyeliner with shaded edge gives a soft line through the lash line, when healed this liner makes the lashes appear to be more full.
Eyeliner
2 hours - $450
Eyeliner with thicker line on top and bottom, when healed giving the appearance of eyeliner.
Freckles
Time & Cost Varies - $80 - 400
Natural freckles sprinkled across the face, can be done as a beauty mark or freckle cluster. Photo above has star constellations included.
Correction Work Brows
(Time varies, consult required) - starting at $550
For the correction of previously done cosmetic tattooing by another technician a consult must be done first before scheduling. Color correction or misshaped brows or liner can be fixed within the scope of my abilities. Sometimes of recommendation of removal or lightening may be required before correction.
Clients
Booking Appointment
All appointments require $100 deposit when booking, this deposit goes towards the final cost. Deposits are non-refundable. All prices include follow up at 8-12 weeks. Additional touch ups may be needed to achieve the desired results, touch up cost is 50% of initial cost.
What to know before booking
Must not be pregnant or nursing
No underwater swimming, 2 weeks after procedure
For eyeliner appointments, lash extensions must be removed 2 weeks prior and no contacts can be worn during procedure
If you are required to take antibiotics before dental procedures, consult with physician prior to making appointment
About Me
I started out my art career in 2005 in a tattoo/piercing studio learning the ins and outs of body modification. For many years I was a body piercer, working and perfecting symmetry and learning the anatomy of so many different clients. I worked around tattoo artists all day long and watched in my spare time, tattooing. In 2012 I decided to further my career and set out to learn Cosmetic tattooing. Which led me to one of the best instructors I could have had, Marjorie Grimm of Faces by Design in Santa Clara, CA. It wasn’t until I had my brows done in class by Marjorie that I understood the full benefits of permanent cosmetics. It truly changed me, to look better everyday with ease and was a tremendous gift.
I love the ability to work with clients and understand their personal needs, to enhance their strengths and bring out the beauty that is already there.
